I hereby request the LIFESTYLE privilege member number and be a member, I acknowledge, agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:
• I acknowledge that any collection, use, disclosure, and/or cross-border transfer of my personal data will be in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• I agree to and accept the condition that should I return any item purchased from LIFESTTYLE furniture, I have to reimburse the collected points and the redemption rewards OR pay back the reward value to the Company.
• I agree and accept that the Company has the sole right to make any changes to membership conditions, reward earning, reward redemption and any other special rights provided to the Member without prior notice
• I acknowledge that my cumulative purchase will be cut-off on December the 31st of each year and will be collected again on the 1st of January the year after.
• I acknowledge that each point earned from the membership will be valid for 2 calendar years from the date of goods purchase. The expired points will be deleted on the 31st of December.
• All privilege benefits will be forfeited during the Termination of membership.
• The Company reserves the right to change or modify coupon conditions or the rights and privileges at any time with or without notice. The Company’s decision making is final.
